What we collect and why
When you order: your name, email, shipping address, phone number and order details. We use them to process and deliver your order and to meet tax and accounting rules. Payment details are handled by PayPal, not by us.
When you contact us: your name, email and message, to reply to you.
When you browse: technical data such as IP address, device and cookies, to run and secure the store. Non-essential cookies are used only according to your choices in the cookie banner, where one is shown.

Who we share it with
Shopify (our store platform), PayPal (payments), the postal or courier service that delivers your order, and our accountant when needed. We do not sell your data.

International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where EU or UK law applies, transfers rely on the safeguards that law allows.

How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Other data is deleted when we no longer need it.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Write to shop@lennytunes.com. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
