Where we ship
We ship from Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, to the countries available at checkout. If your country is not listed, contact us and we will check if we can ship to you.

Shipping and tracking
Every order ships tracked. The shipping cost is shown at checkout, based on your address. All prices are in USD. Your bank or PayPal may charge a conversion fee.

Dispatch and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 30 days of payment. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the carrier and on customs, and are estimates, not guarantees.

Customs and import fees
Duties, import taxes and local fees are not included in the price and are paid by the customer. If a parcel is refused or not collected and comes back to us, we will refund the product price, minus the shipping costs.

Lost or damaged parcels
Check your tracking first. If there is a problem, contact us with your order number and we will follow up with the carrier.
