Refund policy

Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights you have under the laws of your country.

Changed your mind
You can cancel within 14 days of delivery, as long as the record is still sealed and unplayed. Contact us first, and we will send return instructions. Return shipping is on you. Opened records cannot be returned.
For consumers in Israel, a cancellation fee of up to 5% or 100 ILS, whichever is lower, may apply, as permitted by law.

Damaged or wrong item
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and cover the return shipping.

Refunds
Refunds go to the original payment method, in USD, after we receive the item. Original shipping costs are not refunded for change of mind, unless the law requires it.
